 Brenda S. Kirkby, Ph.D. is the Assoc. Dean of Basic Sciences and the Professor of Medical Psychology and Medical and Legal Ethics at the University of Sint Eustatius, School of Medicine. Her husband, R. Duncan Kirkby (Ph.D.) is the Assoc. Dean of Student Affairs, Professor of Neurosciences at the above University as well as Scientific Director of the Antilles Institute for Hyperbaric and Undersea Medicine.
